I’ve shot in Centralia before.  I am so attracted to it.  It’s gray and mysterious and empty.  It’s so quiet, you could hear a pin drop- yet underneath, a massive fire roars.  This type of landscape has always been beautiful to me. Self Portrait Project Week 17

Sometimes, I look around at my everyday environment and it feels stale.  I love where I live, but when it’s the background to your daily life, it can be a little uninspiring.  I LOVE to travel and to see the world in all its glory.  Sadly, I neglect my dear sweet home of Pennsylvania viewing it as too familiar.
