It’s raining outside and I’m sitting on my couch, staring at these photos of Tatiana, who will be welcoming Isabella any day. I was fortunate enough to work with Tatiana for the last two years, and I remember the day she shared that she was pregnant in front of everyone- extreme joy that instantly turned to tears knowing that despite the struggles, she would indeed be a mother. Tatiana has prayed for Isabella for so long, and I am so happy that she and Jared will soon be able to hold her in their arms.
We shot at Hope Valley Lavender field and park, which just so happens to be where Jared took Tatiana on their first date. We had a small window in which to shoot because on all sides, there were rain storms. Despite how sunny and warm it looks, it was actually 40 degrees, which for Tatiana, who is from Brazil, is a nightmare!
