Alright, so as y’all know, I spend my days photographing weddings and engagements and the occasional Pennsylvania family. Rarely, ever so rarely, do I ever photograph newborns because quite frankly they can be terrifying. Leif Claus, however, could teach all the other babies a thing or two.
But let’s take a walk down memory lane…. Leif’s parents, Morgan and Tyler, just so happen to be the first wedding couple I ever photographed. EVER. Don’t believe me? Here is proof.
Since then, Morgan and I have taught together for 4 years and become the best of friends. Last year, we stood by the copier in the cafe as she cancelled our ice skating and lunch plans and blurted out that she was pregnant, and I knew that she and Tyler would be the most amazing parents. Leif has a lifetime of kitty cuddles, Harry Potter read alouds, gluten free food, and unparalleled love ahead of him. Here are some of my favorites from his August newborn session!
